A: Generally, copies of paperwork proving you are indeed the correct recipient will be needed to protect the trustee from releasing the asset to the wrong person and to protect the true owner so that someone other than themselves does not wrongly collect on an asset belonging to them.

Q: What do I do to get a new case started with your company?
A: Initial, sign, date and write in your phone number on the agreement included in the mailer then return to us
using the provided return envelope. Once you have done this, either fax the agreement to us at (562) 683-0426
or send us the agreement in the mail using the return envelope included in the mailer.

Q: How long will it take for me to get paid?
A: In most cases after turning in all the proper paperwork cases are settled within 60 to 90 days.

Q: How does your company get paid?
A: Shortly after opening a new case with you, we send you an invoice.
This invoice will remind you that you pay us our fee when you get paid - and not a day sooner.
